Guest Experience Team

Your role as a Customer Service Representative is imperative to the running of our tours. You will be on the frontline armed with all the knowledge you need to be able to answer any queries from any of our customers or point them in the right direction. 

Duties

General duties will include; Assisting in the office where needed, a continued presence at our Information Desks in the Hotels and providing an overall fantastic customer experience.

Other duties can include; Assisting guests with their accommodation, providing relevant information regarding our tours and handling paperwork.


We are looking for people who thrive in this type of working environment and are enthusiastic and determined to be part of something magical. Christmas spirit is a must!

General
Assistant

Your role as a General Assistant will be quite varied throughout the season. The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, looking after communal and restaurant areas, preparing guests' rooms before they arrive and helping out with any other tasks needed in the resort. 

A full driving license is not required but will be very beneficial.

Hospitality

Front
of House

Your role as Front of House means you must ensure a seamless and quality customer experience for guests. You will be expected to greet guests on arrival, show them to their tables, deal with any issues or concerns they may have, and keep the general cleanliness of your location to a high standard.

This job role can become very intense, so we are looking for individuals who are keen to carry out tasks quickly. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating well and working alongside colleagues to form a dynamic team.

Kitchen Assistant

Your role as Kitchen Assistant involves assisting the Chefs with meals when needed, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Some knowledge of food hygiene is essential.

 

We will be catering for many customers throughout the season, so it is crucial that the right individual has excellent communication skills alongside punctuality and teamwork.

Kitchen
Porter

Your role as a Kitchen Porter will be to keep on top of kitchen cleanliness, ensure all equipment is clean throughout the day and assist the chefs in cleaning down. They are also expected to be a flexible part of every team and willing to help wherever it may be necessary. 

Chefs

The Chefs positions we have available are a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to see one of the most beautiful parts of the world whilst enjoying the realities of working in professional kitchens.

Duties

The duties included in this role include, but are not limited to, cooking breakfast and dinner for customers/staff, preparing and cooking lunches for customers and taking in deliveries wherever necessary.

 

You will be expected to keep up to date with HACCAP paperwork and report any issues you may have to the head chef.
