General Assistant

Description

As a General Assistant you will be assisting in either our restuarants or being face to face with our guests and assisting with any questions they may have and being a point of contact for them during their time in Lapland with us.

You will need to possess a high standard of being face to face with our guests, the ability to be flexible when needed, be able to deal with any issues that may arise during the guests experience in Lapland and to have a friendly face all the time.

What does the typical interview process look like?

• Stage 1: CV submission and completion of screening questions.

• Stage 2: Short video call, approx 45 minutes. A 'get to know each other' interview, to find out more about your experience.
