This role requires warmth, authenticity, consistency, and a deep understanding of the magic you represent. You will be a key part of creating lifelong memories and ensuring every guest leaves believing.
Your role as Santa is vital to the success of the tour and overall guest experience. It is hugely important that you fully embody the magic of Santa Claus at all times - from your appearance and mannerisms to your voice, behaviour, and interactions.
You will welcome families into Santa’s world, engage with children in a kind and reassuring manner, and create moments of genuine wonder. Every interaction should feel personal, magical, and unforgettable.

Claus
The role of Mrs Claus is a key part of the storytelling and magic that builds as families journey closer to meeting Santa. As Mrs Claus, you help bring the narrative to life, supporting the elves and welcoming guests into Santa’s world with warmth, kindness, and genuine festive spirit.
Mrs Claus is a reassuring, joyful presence — someone who makes guests feel at home, cared for, and truly part of the story. Mrs Claus assists the elves in creating magic and building the story as families get closer to finding Santa. You will play an important role in setting the tone of anticipation and excitement, helping guests feel fully immersed in the experience.
Working from your very own Bakehaus, you will prepare delicious gingerbread cookies and welcome families into a cosy, festive environment. Your interactions with the families will be gentle, engaging, and full of warmth, helping to create magical memories that last a lifetime.
