Description

Mrs Claus plays a vital role in supporting the elves in creating a magical, fun-filled experience for each Family whilst they are on the Search for Santa. Mrs Claus is required to embody kindness and warmth, whilst maintaining a welcoming presence.

In collaboration with the elves and management, Mrs Claus ensures a smooth and engaging narrative throughout each visit. Additionally, her responsibilities include the ability to improvise as necessary, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of each tour, and exhibiting behaviours that authentically represent her character as the real Mrs Claus, who resides and works in Lapland alongside her husband, Santa.

What does the typical interview process look like?

• Stage 1: CV submission and completion of screening questions.

• Stage 2: Short video call, approx 45 minutes. A 'get to know each other' interview, to find out more about your experience.
