Description

Mrs Claus assists the elves in bringing the magic and building the story as the families get close to finding Santa. Mrs Claus speaks in an authentic accent, whilst exuding kindness and warmth with a welcoming presence.

She works closely with the other elves and management to ensure a seamless continuation of the story.

Other aspects of the role include: being able to improvise and react to the different needs of each tour, storytelling and displaying behaviours which reflects you being the ‘real’ Mrs Claus.  Santa is your husband; this is where you live, and the elves are part of your wider family.

What does the typical interview process look like?

• Stage 1: CV submission and completion of screening questions.

• Stage 2: Short video call, approx 45 minutes. A 'get to know each other' interview, to find out more about your experience.
