Front of House

Description


As a Front of House team member, you will welcome guests into the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment they arrive. You will deliver meals and beverages to a high standard while maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented dining environment at all times.

Providing excellent customer service is key to this role, and you will be expected to respond promptly and attentively to guests' needs. You will also support your colleagues during busy service periods and consistently follow all food hygiene, health, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.



What does the typical interview process look like?


  • Stage 1: CV submission and completion of screening questions.

  • Stage 2: Short video call, approx 45 minutes. A 'get to know each other' interview, to find out more about your experience.
