Sparkle
Wherever you see the sparkle sprinkled in the snow around Lapland, you know Sparkle has been around spreading her Christmas magic. Sparkle begins her tour as a Green Elf but is hoping to become Santa’s new Special Elf and graduate, where she will get a beautiful sparkly dress. However there really is no such thing as a perfect Princess when it comes to Sparkle. Despite her hard work and constant efforts Sparkle finds her crazy self in some bizarre situations.
After struggling to make presents and burning cookies in the bakery, Sparkle finds her true Lapland calling. Her job is to sprinkle the sparkle in the snow and the presents, make sure everyone is happy and most importantly spread the Christmas magic. She carries around a golden aura and certainly has something special about her. She out of everyone knows that if you truly believe in yourself and work hard, you can get wherever you want to be.

Making people happy and smile, spreading the Christmas magic and joy, sprinkling her Sparkle in the snow and all the presents, making snow angels, the colour green, the Northern Lights (followed the Northern Lights to get to Lapland), Candy Canes, snacks, glitter and sparkle.

Unhappy and sad people/ elves, people who do not believe in Christmas or magic, yellow snow.

What we are looking for
To be considered for this role we are seeking an experienced eclectic entertainer with excellent improvisational skills and the capability to portray a powerful and strong, yet delicate and beautiful protagonist. Further to this you must have the ability to remain professional and in character throughout the day and possess skills in not only bringing the character to life through direction, but also doing so through your own personal character development.
