Video upload for Character Roles
Within the application, you will need to provide a 90 second audition tape. This will be to introduce yourself, tell us a little bit about you and then a short Elf audition as the character you would like to apply for.
If you are auditioning for a Green Elf, then you will only need to audition as your own Green Elf Character. However, if you are applying as one of our Character Elves you will need to provide both a Green Elf and Character Elf audition.

Within the Application, you will be required to provide a short video audition just to introduce yourself and tell us a bit about you. We urge you to take this opportunity to show us why you would make the perfect Arctic Star In whatever fashion you believe will show us who you really are, be CREATIVE!
OUR MAXIMUM VIDEO UPLOAD SIZE IS 15MB
Please read below details on how to compress and record your videos to enable them to be smaller in size.

FOR IPHONE USERS:
How to compress video on your iPhone by adjusting video recording settings:
1. To change the recording resolution of a video, open your Settings app.
2. Hit the "Camera" tab and then hit "Record Video."
3. There, you'll see a number of options to select as your default recording size, enabling you to record and store smaller videos. Newer iPhone models have more options.
If you have already recorded a video that is over 15mb, a third party compression app can be used.
FOR ANDROID USERS:
You can reduce video sizes on android via camera settings by downloading Camera MX and use it to record your videos on android:
1. Download and launch Camera MX
2. Tap on the three dots at the top right corner
3. Select the settings icon
4. Enable Alternative Resolution
5. Reduce video resolution to Bitrate
If you have already recorded a video that is over 15mb, a third party compression app can be used.
